The city of Oaxaca, located in the central valley of the state, is surrounded by the states of Puebla, Veracruz and Chiapas and the Pacific Ocean to the southwest. With its ethnic, cultural and historic richness, Oaxaca is an ideal place to experience the beauty of Mexico and its people. Spanish Courses in Oaxaca at the Don Quijote Spanish Language Center

IMPORTANT: all Solexico centers in Mexico have merged with the Don Quijote conglomerate of Sapnish schools around the world.  The Solexico Oaxaca school is now Don Quijote Oaxaca.

Don Quijote  Spanish Language and Cultural Centers Oaxaca was founded in 1997. They now have three campuses in Mexico: Don Quijote Playa del Carmen, Don Quijote Oaxaca and Don Quijote Guanajuato. Their mission is to provide the best quality instruction of Spanish as a Second Language, and to offer students a meaningful and unforgettable cultural experience. One thing that sets Soléxico apart is the individual attention each student receives. The teachers, staff and host families provide around the clock attention, creating a family environment for every student.

Don Quijote Language and Cultural Centers provide students with the best opportunity to learn Spanish in a short period of time while being immersed in the Mexican culture. The staff of professional Mexican teachers and effective teaching methods, combined with a friendly approach to teaching Spanish, helps maximize the student’s learning capabilities and makes learning a truly enjoyable experience.

Don Quijote is a member of several international organizations, such as: FIYTO and ALTO, as well as Mexican Association of Spanish Language Institutes, CANACO and SEP in Mexico.

The Don Quijote Spanish Language Center is located in the heart of Oaxaca’s Historical Center, two blocks from the beautiful Santo Domingo ex-convent and 4 blocks from Oaxaca’s “Zocalo” (downtown square). Due to the Center’s location, students are surrounded by a number of cafes, art galleries, museums, shops and internet cafes.  Don Quijote Oaxaca is set in a typical colonial building with a large main patio where students get together during the breaks. This old style construction with thick colonial walls keeps the classrooms cool throughout the year.

Don Quijote offers two additional destinations for Spanish Language courses in Mexico:  Playa del Carmen, and Guanajuato.  Students can combine courses at any of all three locations.
