CERAN LINGUA language

immersion programs for both adults and young

CERAN LINGUA French courses are designed
for motivated people who need to learn a language as
quickly and efficiently as possible. The 66 hours
per week of complete immersion in the target
language along with a highly personalized approach
to French language training and the
CERAN LINGUA methodology will ensure that you make
the maximum progress in the minimum amount of time!
Every day from 8 am to 10.30 pm you can
concentrate on a single objective: progressing, daring to
communicate and expressing yourself freely in the target
language - Living in the target
language. All
programs consist of nine French learning activities, each
lasting 45 minutes, five days a week. These structured and
systematic learning sessions are complemented by a great variety
of opportunities for practicing the language during breaks,
meals and evening sessions led by our trainers. This approach
ensures that you consolidate your knowledge and gain real
communication skills that take full account of the cultural
dimension of learning a foreign language. All in all, this adds
up to at least 35 hours of French lessons per week,
reinforced by a further 35 hours of practice supervised
by our trainers, learning how to "be" and "do", in the target
language.
The exclusive use of French throughout the day
forms CERAN concept of complete immersion. From breakfast until
the end of the evening, and every minute in between, you benefit
from the constant support of CERAN trainers and facilitators.
The Ceran French Language school is
located in Morières-lès-Avignon, just 6 miles East of the
town of Avignon. The building houses the school as well as
the on-site residence. At the center: An outdoor pool and petanque are available for your use. Bikes are
available at the center as well. Near the center you will
find Tennis courts, a gym and a large number of golf courses.
The CERAN PROVENCE reception staff will advise you about fees
and assist you with reservations.

CERAN LINGUA offers French Courses
in flexible one-week modules starting every Sunday
evening and lasting until Friday afternoon. You may enroll for as many
consecutive on-week modules as your schedule permits. The center is
open all year-round except for the last week of December and first week of
January. You can therefore choose the dates that best fit your
schedule. Your objectives and groups may change each week, allowing
you to focus on a variety of topics during your stay.

Accommodations:
The prices listed above include
accommodation in individual rooms in the CERAN
center or, if not available, in a nearby hotel of
equivalent category. All of our rooms have
air-conditioning and are equipped with a cassette
player. All of our rooms have AC and are equipped
with a cassette player and a safe. The telephones
are equipped with an alarm device for wake up calls
and internet access is available through wireless
connection. Hair dryers can be provided to the
students upon request. All
bedrooms have bathroom en suite. Studio accommodations are
also available at CERAN LINGUA in Avignon. You
may upgrade to this option for an additional fee of USD
450 per week.
All meals from Sunday night until
Friday evening are included. Teachers join
students during meals in order to further increase
their exposure to the language.
For those students enrolling in
more than one weekly module at a time, weekend
accommodations are not included but may be available
upon request as a Bed & Breakfast option and subject

Activities
Every evening, we offer a different event. You are invited
to take part but only if you wish. The topics can be of different
nature: introduce yourself, watch TV news, welcome French guests but also
get to know better the French and Provence culture. Every week, local
guests will join us to share an evening together.
Those who want to relax, can also do so in our program,
with parlor games, bowling (typical game from Provence), pool, etc.
We also offer wine tasting sessions (Châteauneuf-du-Pape,
Gigondas, etc.), as well as visits to nearby towns (Avignon,
Villeneuve-lèz-Avignon, etc.).
Arrival at the Center and Airport Transfers
We recommend that you arrive at the center on
Sunday between 5.00 and 7.00 p.m.
Airport transfers are not included but can be arranged upon
request at additional charge. One-way transfer from Avignon airport:
20 Euros, from Marseille airport: 175 Euros.
